As part of the Arts Council England 'Share' project, Deaf community member Jackie Perkins and artist Emma Fay will be hosting a discussion event to open up a conversation around Deaf access to the arts, what you'd like to see happen in Leicester and sharing ideas for future Deaf community led local projects.
