Dreamy Cow Ice Cream

About

Dreamy Cow Ice Cream

Dreamy Cow Ice Cream is a family-run business with a rich history that spans three generations.

Currently managed by brothers Norman and Tony Thorp, along with Tony's wife Alison, the farm pivoted to ice cream production in 2007.

Their handcrafted, gelato-style ice cream is made using milk from their herd of 100 British Friesian cows and locally sourced ingredients like egg yolks and fresh strawberries from neighbouring farms.

Committed to sustainability, Dreamy Cow uses water from their own borehole and solar electricity while also focusing on reducing waste and using recyclable products.

Their creamy and indulgent flavours, like Vanilla and Whisky & Ginger, are a testament to their commitment to quality and local sourcing.
