Here are a few simple steps to finding that perfect venue in Leicester and Leicestershire...
Step 1. Get in touch! Request for Proposal
Contact Meet Leicester with your event details by filling in the Enquiry Form and these are then inputted into our Enquiry Management System .
Step 2. We will draw up a short list of venues
The enquiry is circulated by us, to all suitable member venues throughout the City and County that meet the criteria to hold the event. Venues are asked to log-in to the system and respond.
Step 3. We will contact our venues, obtaining rates and availability
Having received all the responses from the venues, we will collate a personal proposal which is sent via an email to you.
Step 4. You compare venues like for like
You can then browse through the proposal at your leisure, viewing the various venues on offer.
Step 5. We manage your booking
Meet Leicester & Leicestershire will liaise with you at various intervals to ensure that all your requirements have been met and to offer assistance in organising site visits or help with confirming venues.
