Tungsten Park Bardon is a new 4.57 ha (11.3-acre) distribution and logistics development located near to M1, Junction 22 and an established prime logistics location which has occupiers including Amazon, Bunzl, DHL, Laura Ashley, Nestlé, and Volvo.

Four units totalling 18,697 m² (201,250 ft²) of industrial /logistics space is under construction.
