NWLDC owns the freehold of the former Council offices (LE67 3FJ) extending across 2,909 sqm along with dedicated car parking, now surplus to requirements. The Council also owns the former Market Hall building (LE67 3EP), which is vacant, following relocation of the market to an alternative site in the town.
