The Bardon Hill site, which sits within two miles of Junction 22 of the M1, was acquired by Harworth in April 2018 as a strategic land purchase. 

The indicative layout for the outline consent includes the creation of six new industrial units, which can be developed for manufacturing, distribution and roadside uses, delivering hundreds of new jobs to the East Midlands.
