Lee Byrne has a successful 15-year history of working in Local Government. Skilled in economic development and regeneration project development and delivery, strategy development, bid writing, partnership working, contract management and EU funding.

Working in local government, Lee has amassed experience attracting inward investors and delivering key account management. Lee has also been instrumental in securing several large-scale Government and European funding bids, allowing local areas to deliver substantial regeneration projects and investment in key projects.

As Assistant Director for Regeneration & UKSPF Delivery he is bringing forward a range of projects to support the borough, boosting the prosperity of the town and helping to attract new jobs and investment to the area.


Maria Ramshaw - Economic Development Officer & Manufacturing Zone Project Manager at Melton Borough Council

Maria Ramshaw has been working in the public sector for over 20 years, with the last 15 years dedicated to Local Government roles. Experienced in project management, with a strong background in key account management, partnership working, business & skills support and effective in attracting key employers to the borough.

A keen interest in securing funding bids to support the regeneration of rural localities, securing positive investment in key areas and heavily involved in delivering priority projects for the council.
