About

Yoga at the Museum

After the success of our Kundalini yoga course earlier this year, Louisa Darling will be returning for evening and weekend Yoga at the Museum.

Louisa Darling has been teaching dance for over 15 years, she is the creator of Barefoot Festival and a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher with 7 years' experience. She also hosts Yoga and Sacred Dance Retreats in India and Morocco and believes movement and dance is the key to happiness!

Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, incorporating movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Unwind after work or relax at the weekend with sessions taking place in our beautiful gallery spaces.
