Serendipity Presents: Lost Legends - 30 years of Black History Month

2017 will mark the 30th Anniversary of Black History Month (BHM) nationally in the UK. Lost Legends is an exhibition that celebrates the contributions of Leicester’s African and African Caribbean community to the cultural heritage of the UK over the last three decades.

The exhibition focuses on the main social, cultural and political issues that had an impact on the Black community from first Black MPs to local cultural icons such as Laurel Aitken, Wolde Selassie and Louise Katerega.
