Leicestershire & Rutland is packed with creative talent including the members of Leicester Society of Artists.
The LSA has been running since 1882 and this year will be the 134th annual show at New Walk Museum & Art Gallery.
There have been quite a few membership changes in the last 137 years and the society is a dynamic and diverse group of artists. LSA members work in a huge range of media and styles from oil paintings to contemporary craft, sculpture, print, and collage.
This annual exhibition is a chance for the members to show some of their newest work to audiences in Leicester and it is one of the highlights of the arts calendar when you can see, and buy, exciting work by many of the finest professional artists in Leicestershire and Rutland.
Also featured in the show is the work of emerging creative talents through the prestigious LSA Student Award.
