Leicester Comedy Festival

Leicester Comedy Festival

Come along and celebrate the 25 year anniversary of Leicester Comedy Festival!

Known as the official comedy party for the UK, this year features hundreds of comedians across almost 70 venues throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Now is the time to pick up the full printed programme and start circling all the must see shows.

Catch comedy greats including Harry Hill, Dave Spikey, John Cooper Clarke, Sara Pascoe, Jonathan Pie, Katherine Ryan, Griff Rhys Hons, Paul Chowdhry and many more. And on top of all that talent the festival is famous for presenting some of the best new and emerging comedians.

A few highlights not to miss are the UK Pun Championships, which returns to De Montfort Hall celebrating the great British pun, Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year nominated by top comedy promoters from across the UK, Hotel D’Comedie, Comedy in the Dark, Secret Tours, and Roar with Laughter Fringe.

Don’t miss the final night party in aid of registered charities Prostaid and Big Difference Company on Sunday 25 February to celebrate 25 years of the festival with a special guest or two.

Tickets are now on sale from either or call the ticketing team on 0116 456 6812. During festival season, the Festive Hub will once again be on Jubilee Square.
