About

Jubilee Square Ice Rink

Come down to Jubilee Square and get your skates on for some festive fun on ice – real ice!

This year's ice rink - sponsored by DMULocal, returns to the centre of Leicester, and this year it's 50% bigger!

No need to worry about the weather – come rain or shine you can glide happily under a clear roof, looking up at the Christmas Wheel of Light.

Feeling a bit wobbly? Skating aids are available for younger skaters to hire, making the ice rink great fun and safe for all the family. A limited number of skate aids are available to hire either online or in person at the skate collection point with cash only.

Bring your friends, your family, neighbours – the more the merrier, especially as groups of four or more people will receive a discounted price. The 40m x 17m rink is also available to hire for Christmas parties and private events and is the perfect way to burn off those extra Christmas Calories!

Advance tickets are available to purchase online, as well as in-person at the Visit Leicester Information Centre. Walk up tickets are available for purchase either by cash or card payment from the Box Office located at BBC Radio Leicester in Jubilee Square. Ticket Terms & Conditions
