About

Eric Morecambe: A Talk by Gail Morecambe

Eric Morecambe: A Talk by Gail Morecambe - Leicester:

In 1984, the world lost Eric Morecambe, one of our best-loved comedians and one half of the legendary comedy double act, Morecambe and Wise. Now almost forty years later, Gail Morecambe will be giving an entertaining talk about what it was like growing up with Eric as her father. At the same time, Gail will offer a unique insight into both the private and public lives of the comedian, who was not only liked by the British public – but loved.

Eric Morecambe: A Talk by Gail Morecambe is being staged by Paul Burton Productions at Leicester Guildhall, Leicester, on Sunday 25th September 2022 at 5.00pm (doors: 4.15pm) in aid of LOROS Hospice. To book tickets, please visit: https://bit.ly/3CgQQqK.
