About

Christmas Wheel of Light

Leicester's Wheel of Light returns to Jubilee Square, bringing extra fun to the festive season.

After popular demand, Leicester’s Wheel of Light arrives back in Jubilee Square from 15 November and will remain in Leicester throughout the festive season up until 6 January.

Each ride lasts for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, in which you'll rise to a dizzying 110 feet! The wheel offers unparalleled views around Jubilee Square and beyond, and you can even catch a sneak peek of all the twirling skaters in the nearby ice rink.

There are 24 covered gondolas, each seating 6 people. Wheelchair access is available to one of the gondolas and assistance will be provided for anyone using this gondola.

There's no need to book ahead, tickets are available on the door starting at £4 for children and £5 for adults. Family tickets are also available for a discounted rate of £15 ( 2 adults, 2 children or 1 adult, 3 children)
