Get your skates on! Roller skating for fun and fitness

Get your skates on and get down to the Midlands Roller Arena for a fun filled experience on wheels.  Lessons are available for those new to roller skating or just turn up and burn off some energy. Games and disco lights all make for added fun as those wheels spin.  

Skating really helps to improve balance, coordination, strength and endurance as well as working heart, arms and legs.  

Daytime skate sessions are available on Tuesdays and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with extra sessions during school holidays. 

Selected weekday sessions include lessons, free-skating time, games or disco lights.  All equipment is available to hire. 

Suitable for beginners. This activity accounts for 80% of your recommended 150 minutes of weekly activity.
