Enjoy the grooves and moves of a Friday roller skating disco

Lace up those boots and let the wheels add extra spin to your moves as you groove to the sounds of a Friday roller disco. Keep the wheels spinning with skating games, music from the resident DJ and disco lights. What better way to start the weekend!

This fun filled skating disco experience at the Midlands Roller Arena is suitable for the whole family and takes place every Friday at 5:30pm and 7:00pm.

Skating helps to improve balance, coordination, endurance and strength as well as working heart, arms and legs.

Why not do a Skate and Eat deal and have a night off from cooking too?  You’ll need it after burning off those calories. All skating equipment is available to hire.

This activity accounts for 60% of your recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise.
