The Wycliffe Rooms

We are Lutterworth’s premium event & function venue, at the heart of the community. Whether you need a private meeting room for eight or a large conference for 200, the Wycliffe Rooms Hall can provide excellent conference facilities for your event. We offer three versatile function rooms, on-site parking and can accommodate 300 people across all 3 rooms at any one time. 

Our spacious 190sqm Main Auditorium, formerly known as ‘The Ritz Cinema’, still retains many of the period features which make it such a fabulous space. The former stalls area has been converted into a brilliant floor space which has a multitude of uses. The room offers a space for up to 200 guests and boasts a fully licensed bar, an immersive sound system, full lighting rig, HD projector & a fabulous stage.

Our purpose built 108sqm Community Room located at the rear of the building is a beautifully light & quiet space, with sound proofed walls offering a space for up to 80 guests. This is a perfect space for those smaller functions where productivity is key. The rooms offer a fully licensed bar, surround sound system, HD projector and a fully equipped kitchenette. 

Our south facing, sunny Library on the first floor hosts up to 12 guests and is perfect for individuals or small groups looking for a clean & quiet space in which to work. This little sanctuary includes fast & reliable internet and is available for customisable hours.

We can provide catering solutions for any event, with our on-site caterers led by Chef Tony Parris, who has over 25 years of experience in catering. Once Executive Head Chef at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, he has catered for The Queen, Members of Parliament, and events for up to 3,000 people.
