Dock is a hub for high tech, low carbon and innovative businesses with offices, labs, hotdesking and three meeting rooms.  If you’re looking to hold a meeting, away day, workshop or presentation then Dock offers a friendly and flexible meeting room hire service in a contemporary, professional and creative environment.

Meeting room

Two of the rooms combined can be opened up to create a room which holds up to 60 delegates theatre style. Other styles are available. You have the option to book for half a day which can be 9-1 or 1-5 Monday to Friday or a full day the hours being 9-5.

There is free use of projectors and flip charts. A range of catering options can be made as well as options for unlimited tea and coffee. 

The reception team are on hand to greet your guests and help you out. The Atrium by the reception offers breakout space which is free to use when booking any of the meeting rooms.

Parking at the nearby space centre is available. It’s easily accessible by public transport as bus stops are just a 2 minutes’ walk away.

Business Lounge

Our business lounge is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with no need to book, you can arrive and work in a comfortable environment with tea and coffee included.
